Rijnhaven and Flow Town
The municipality describes 3,000 homes across Rijnhaven. In September 2026, developer Provast’s Flow Town was presented for the first building block near Rijnhaven metro station. It includes approximately 1,000 rental and owner-occupied homes, with construction expected to begin in 2028. A presentation or expected start does not confirm that sales are open.
