Recognition for the whole project team
The prize is an initiative of the municipality of Rotterdam, organised by AIR. It includes separate professional jury and public awards. Recognition goes jointly to the client, designer and builder. The jury selects ten projects, and the public votes within that selection. This makes the prize useful for exploring specific projects, rather than comparing architects without considering the commission.
